Interwoven in Qatar - Celebrating diversity
Qatar has a diverse population featuring a myriad of cultures and a mix of traditions, interwoven by location – each color the social fabric of Qatar with its own unique cultures’ experiences. Woven with palm, leather, and thread, the souvenir celebrates this diversity, capturing how deeply embedded every person's experience is in fostering a culture of many cultures.
The souvenir embodies the spirit of interwoven culture, facilitated through a chain in production where it travels through multiple artisans in Souq Waqif – each from a different origin. The final object translates into a novel design, which not only embodies the craft of Qatar but also celebrates its diverse community.
